Customer background & needs

A family-run fruit and vegetable farm also buys produce from nearby growers. Its warehouse handles washing, sorting, weighing and packing for local shops and restaurants. A small cold room stores goods awaiting dispatch. Washing pumps, packing equipment and refrigeration run during the day; refrigeration must continue after the production equipment is switched off.

Our supply scope

FLONCO supplied the hybrid inverters, batteries, battery combiner box and protective DC combiner box. Inverters are listed by their individual ratings; site wiring and parallel configuration are not specified. PV array capacity and PV module supply are not stated for this case.

Project status & application

The installation is completed. Its objectives are to reduce daytime grid purchases and prioritize refrigeration and essential loads during short outages, rather than keep the entire processing site permanently off-grid. No measured savings or guaranteed backup duration are stated.
